    Procedure InstallVScreenMouse

    This installs the  Pure  Power  Virtual  Screen  Mouse  Driver (still
    requires a normal mouse  driver)  and  adds  UnInstallVScreenMouse to
    ExitProc.

    This mouse driver is only required  if you are using a virtual screen
    or a dual card system.

    Call this procedure once only.
